Because the Globes Were Boring

...and everyone else is doing a recap. No one was really impressive last night.

Instead, I found this pic of Nicole Richie this morning. She has a new hair color and I want to buy that dress, which is Winter Kate, by the way. I think NicRic looks more amazing here than anyone did last night.

But if I HAD to a pick a favorite from the Golden Globes, it would be Emma Stone.

Cozy Friday Night

I'd really like to spend my Friday night curled up on this couch gabbing away with my best friend, the fire going strong and some cool-whip topped hot chocolate cupped in our hands. There'd even be enough room for Rowand to sprawl out by my toes.

Looking Ahead for 2011

I don't make New Year's resolutions. Instead I set goals for myself. I just finished writing my list for the year and thought I'd share some of the home related ones.

1. Incorporate colors into our home that I normally shy away from.

2. Get around to adding a banquette or built in eating area in the sunroom.

3. Troll Craigslist more often to repurpose old furniture into something fresh.

4. Add a little more glamour.
